Quickstart
This guide takes you from a new account to a running automation. In about five minutes you'll create a workspace, build a workflow, and run it — then meet the AI generator that can build workflows for you.
In this guide
1. Create your account
Sign in with your Google account. On first login, Syngentix guides you through a short onboarding and creates your first workspace automatically — the shared environment where your agents, workflows, and members live.
2. Set up your workspace
A workspace holds everything your team builds. From here you can invite members and assign them roles:
- Owner — manages billing and the workspace
- Admin — invites members and manages services
- Editor — builds and runs workflows
- Viewer — sees dashboards and results
3. Create an agent
An agent is an AI assistant with a name, an optional set of knowledge files, and one or more workflows it can run. Create one from the Agents section, give it a name and description, and choose its AI model. You can attach documents so the agent answers from your own content.
4. Build your first workflow
Open the visual builder and add nodes onto the canvas, then connect them to define the flow of data. A simple first workflow might be:
Add a trigger
Start with a Manual or Schedule trigger — or a Webhook or Email trigger for event-driven flows.
Add an action node
Add an LLM Node or an HTTP Request node, or pick from 80+ nodes across AI, files, data, logic, and communication.
Connect and configure
Draw connections between nodes and fill in each node's fields. Syngentix validates structure and parameters before you run.
Test & run
Use test mode to step through node-by-node, inspect each output, then run the workflow for real.
5. Or let AI build it for you
Instead of building by hand, open the AI Workflow Generator, describe what you want in plain language — for example, "read invoice emails, extract the amount, log it to a sheet, and alert finance on Slack if it's over $5,000" — and Syngentix plans, wires, and validates a complete workflow on the canvas. You can then refine it by chatting.
6. Talk to your agent
Once your agent has workflows, open Chat and ask it questions in plain language. It can run the right workflow, return tables and charts inline, and answer from your attached files — with responses streamed in real time.
