Syngentix provides an AI agent and workflow automation platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your business while your account is in good standing.
You are responsible for lawful use of the service, the accuracy of instructions you give to agents, actions you approve, and the security of your account.
Credits are consumed as you run workflows. Billing follows your chosen plan cycle and renews until you cancel. Unused credits expire according to your plan, and consumed credits are not refunded.
AI-generated content and decisions require your review. Automated actions are provided as-is, without a warranty that they will be error-free.
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months. You agree to indemnify Syngentix for claims arising from your use of the service. Disputes are resolved under applicable law.
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, running workflows stop and you may request an export or deletion of your data.
