Platform Guide · Chapter 1

User Panel

The User Panel is the workspace-facing product. Its capabilities are governed by role — Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer — with module-level permissions (view, create, edit, delete, share). The modules below are what a workspace member can do, subject to their role.

In this guide

Agents

  • Create, read, update, duplicate, and delete AI agents; activate or deactivate.
  • Agent metadata: name, description, logo, guardrails toggle, and preferred AI model.
  • Per-agent user access: grant members viewer or editor roles on a specific agent.
  • Agent statistics and per-agent execution history.
  • Share an agent via public or private link, with controlled email access lists.

Workflows & Builder

  • Visual node-and-connection editor (data and control flow) with canvas notes.
  • Full lifecycle: create, read, update, duplicate, and delete workflows within an agent.
  • Workflow status (active / inactive), versioning, and change history.
  • Pre-execution validation of structure, connectivity, and parameters.
  • Sub-workflow composition — call one workflow from another.

Execution & Debugging

  • Start a workflow with parameters; track status: pending, running, success, failed, cancelled, debugging.
  • Per-node results — output, logs, and timing — for every node in a run.
  • Cancel a running execution; browse execution history with pagination.
  • Live step-through debugger, including loop / iterator step-through and per-node inspection.

Chat & Conversations

  • Chat with agents in natural language, with streamed responses.
  • Run workflows from chat (the AI selects which to run) and see results — tables and charts — inline.
  • Attach files in chat (up to 10 MB) and inject file-gallery files into prompts.
  • Create, list, archive, and delete conversations; per-conversation file gallery and metadata.
ⓘ
The chat analytics engine — full-dataset accuracy and deterministic filtering — is detailed in Conversational Analytics.

File Gallery & Files

  • Upload media with title, description, and content; mark files searchable or context-injectable.
  • Time-limited signed download URLs; file metadata management; link files to conversations.
  • Encrypted, compressed storage with a reliable fallback.

Credentials & OAuth

  • Create credentials per workspace with a full OAuth flow: start, callback, refresh, and test.
  • Provider presets for Google, Microsoft, Slack, and GitHub, plus generic OAuth configuration.
  • List, update, enable / disable, and delete credentials; encrypted secure storage.
Database Connections (Services)
  • Connect PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server databases, with SSL configuration.
  • Test a connection live or by configuration; list with search and pagination; enable / disable.
  • Agent-level access control and per-user permissions: view, edit, execute, admin.
Key Store / Vault
  • Create, list, update, and delete secret entries per workspace, searchable by agent.
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive values with expiration tracking.
Workspaces & Members
  • Create, rename, switch, and delete workspaces; check name availability; workspace discovery.
  • Invite members and assign roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer); remove members or leave a workspace.
  • Module-level permissions across dashboard, agent, member, services, and workflow.
  • Per-member resource / credit allocation; workspace credits summary and usage.
  • Workspace-level key-value store (Global Data).
Profile, Settings & Onboarding
  • Profile: view / update name and email, upload or delete a profile picture, delete account.
  • Settings: general & appearance, notifications, privacy & security, and API keys.
  • Google sign-in and secure sessions with refresh tokens; guided onboarding for new users.
Dashboard
  • At-a-glance metrics: own / workspace / shared agent counts, total workflows, workspace users, activity, and execution statistics.
Templates & Sharing
  • Create templates from existing agents and workflows; browse and search the catalog.
  • Use a template in a workspace (with workflow inclusion); share agents via public / private links.
